Our aim is to create a greater hunger and thirst for advancing the people of God to higher levels and new dimensions. We successfully obtain this objective through, imparting in the Pastors within this fellowship, training on how to allow the spirit of Excellence to flow through proficiency of presentation, protocol and an array of other areas. KCCIF has been commissioned by Almighty God to inform servant-leaders of proper business, administrative concepts and methods to better serve the region in which they have been divinely assigned.

KCCIF is established to strengthen the total man (body, soul and spirit) of servant-leaders in the body of Christ, through effectively training principles of success. KCCIF is a vision focused fellowship, equipped to cover and train both developing and thriving ministries, throughout the world.
